The course in solid waste and waste water management is focused on technological, institutional, legal and financial aspects of solid waste and waste water management. One important aspect of the course is the real time field exposure to waste management plants and hands on designing of various components.

1.  One year Post Graduate Certificate Course on Solid Waste and Waste Water Management (S1)

• All Sundays – 10 am to 5 pm
• 8 months course work and 4 months project work
• Course fee Rs. 15,000/-

 2.  10 days Short Term Course on Solid Waste Management (S2)

• Course offered mainly for the sponsored candidates from the Health/Engineering departments of Urban Local Bodies in India
• Independent candidates can also apply
• 10 working days – 10 am to 5 pm
• Course fee Rs. 5,000/-

Qualification:

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, Medicine, Agriculture etc. Those who have completed the two year Health Inspector course can also apply.
