	CED Eastern Regional Centre, Bhubaneswar, Orissa CED has established its Eastern Regional Centre at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The Regional Centre will focus on research, consultancy, training and outreach programmes related to coastal systems, forestry, urban governance and urban services, public health etc. in the eastern states of the country. The Regional Centre will support the governments especially Government of Orissa to implement decentralized planning at local government level.
