The word ‘environment’ has become a catch-all that has driven social, economic and ecological agendas at all levels of governance: from global to local individual. Its superiority to the top of developmental agendas has also been symptomatic of the modern age and its impacts/consequences due to uncontrolled development - resources consumed and wastes generated- is a major challenge of the time. The Transformational Government agenda places enormous test on those at the frontline of delivering it. The speed of change is persistent and the public expectations are ever increasing. All these, against the constant drive for efficiency - doing more with less time and money. The capabilities and expertise developed by CED through years of first hand experience in R&D activities are utilized for offering better consultancy services in many areas
